Preparation for Real Estate Broker Certification in Dubai

We prepare you for the official RERA certification. Four days, in English, in Dubai or online.

Duration:4 days
Language:EN
Location:Dubai or online

About the course

An accredited course — the only one in the CEE region that prepares brokers for RERA certification. It prepares you to pass the RERA exam, obtain your Broker ID card (BRN) and work independently as a real estate broker in Dubai, in both sales and lettings. You'll cover the full regulatory framework (DLD, RERA, RDC), contract and transaction processes, the Code of Ethics and the legal rules a broker relies on every day.

Who the course is for

  • Real estate brokers with 1 to 5 years' experience who want to add Dubai to their local business
  • Brokers who already broker Dubai property informally and want to put it on a formal footing
  • Sales professionals (banking, B2B, hospitality) looking for a career change
  • Financial advisers with affluent clients who want to add a property product to their portfolio

The course took the form of lectures by several different lecturers. A lot of room was given to questions from practice, and it included concrete examples that we worked through together. It's an intensive course in which I went through the whole property market — from off-plan projects and their pre-sales, through the secondary market, to lettings. A large part focused on the secondary market, where we covered specific procedures, rules and real situations from practice. The last day was devoted to the legal framework and legislation.

After finishing the course, I already had a date booked for the RERA exam, which I found ideal because everything was still fresh in my mind. Thanks to that I passed the exam, and the course gave me exactly what I needed to know for it.
